Loose the weight - lost 30 pounds earlier this summer, gained it back living in the hotel. I have the healthy food at my finger-tips, have the support, now, need to stick to it.
Couch to 5K - this is kind of a subset of Loose the Weight-as they kind of go hand in had. But gee, I've started this like a begillion times, I would like to stick to it this time around. Maybe with the beautiful cooler temps, I can enjoy some time outside while teaching myself to run. Fingers crossed.
