- Tuesday - Chicken Enchiladas with Tomato Salad
- Wednesday - BBQ Salmon, White Cheddar & Jalapeno Grits and Asparagus
- Thursday - Summer Salad
- Friday - Baked Chicken Fingers and Potato Salad (since we didn't have it last week).
